The SATO MB200 and MB201i label printers are still very popular models today, although some of them can no longer be repaired by the manufacturer. Weilandt continues to offer service and repair work with original parts.
Weilandt Elektronik, based in Essen, Germany, specializes in the repair of mobile data collection (MDC) devices, handheld scanners and label printers, offering manufacturer-level quality. With over 30 years of experience and a branch office in Poland, Weilandt Elektronik serves the whole of Germany and Europe and is a manufacturer-independent market leader.
Weilandt Elektronik offers its comprehensive service not only for the devices currently available on the market. Thanks to its extensive spare parts warehouse and network, the company also offers reliable service for discontinued legacy systems.
The SATO MB200 or MB201i label printer is an ideal printer for mobile retrieval due to its compact size, low weight and robust design. Frequent areas of application are, for example, stocktaking and order picking, but items can also be easily and simply marked or relabeled directly when goods are received. Despite being discontinued, the printer series is still very popular today. However, the manufacturer has not been able to repair the MB200 since 2011, and the MB201i series will follow in summer 2023.
Weilandt repairs defective and damaged printers with high-quality spare parts in order to extend the service life of the products and actively promote waste prevention. The trained service team has industry-leading expertise and carries out repair work professionally and quickly - including a functional test and detailed service report.
Manufacturer information on discontinuation:
MB200: End-of-sales since 02/2006 and end-of-support since 02/2011
MB201i: End-of-sales since 08/2018 and end-of-support from 08/2023
In addition to the repair of MDE devices and thermal/transfer printers, Weilandt Elektronik GmbH also offers other services and all-in-one solutions such as the provision of rental devices, the management of customer-owned device pools including all service and logistics tasks and much more.
