Weilandt Elektronik celebrates its "parsley wedding" - 12 ½ years of printer repairs

Since the launch of this service branch, we have continuously expanded our position as a high-quality provider of printer maintenance and repair services.

Through the original collaboration with Datamax O'Neil and Intermec and the subsequent acquisition of both brands by Honeywell, Weilandt became the official service center for all three labels, which are now sold under the Honeywell umbrella brand. Today, in addition to Honeywell, Datamax O'Neil by Honeywell and Intermec by Honewell printers, we also repair and maintain models from many other manufacturers, including Bixolon, Godex and TSC Printronix Auto ID.
 
In addition to corrective and preventative maintenance, the range of services includes on-site services, fast repairs within two days, a convenient delivery service, professional printer rollout support and a comprehensive printer pool service. We also support customers with additional services such as the replacement of print heads and pressure rollers or the sale of cleaning kits. To make the repair process as convenient as possible, customers can submit and manage repair orders for their printers completely digitally via our RMA portal. To ensure that they arrive safely, we provide specially developed cardboard packaging if required, which protects the printers during transportation by using membranes. All services are designed to maximize printer performance and reliability, minimize downtime and help companies use their printer fleets more efficiently.
 
Even older, discontinued printer models are still repaired at Weilandt Elektronik (see table below for models covered). Despite the constant changes in the technology world and the discontinuation of many older printer models, Weilandt can still repair a large number of these devices and make them operational again. This allows companies to protect their investment in existing printer infrastructures and continue to benefit from proven devices.
