In this context, Godex is pleased to have Weilandt Elektronik GmbH as an experienced and reliable repair service provider at its side. GoDEX has been relying on the excellent service of Weilandt Elektronik since 2019. Since then, GoDEX customers have been sending printers that are outside the manufacturer's warranty directly to the Weilandt repair center in Essen.
 
With almost 35 years of experience in the repair of MDE devices, barcode scanners and label printers and a team of employees ranging from qualified engineers and trained technicians to trade packers, Weilandt Elektronik GmbH has the experience and reliability that Godex needs to service its customers. One particular example is the modification of components using reflow soldering, a highly complex technology that guarantees reliable repairs with optimum results. In close cooperation with Godex, Weilandt uses this process to adapt printers to the individual needs of its customers.
